Victoria Onin is a hardened veteran from a distant sector that was turned into a dumping ground. She recently joined the ranks of the Umbra and has lent her expertise in Umbra tactics and weaponry.
History[ | ]
She was born in a distant sector that was ravaged from lots of battles. Years of fighting against the Umbra has turned her into a hardened veteran who has a in-depth understanding of their tactics, weapons and technology.
She however, has a checkered history, and lost her loved ones to the Pharmakon. Bishop reminds her of the arrangement her father made with him during Vestige, threatening to expose her past should she fail to honor it.
She was eventually captured by Bishop and was placed on a ship set for a collision course with Umbra HQ, but then rescued by Keres VII afterwards.
She volunteers to help the rebels much later during Pursuit, in order to help deliver a message to their insider man inside Umbra to obtain more information on what Dr. Kobus Chiron is doing in his new lab with V-153.

She wears a trench coat as well as form-fitting under armor. She also has glasses, giving her the appearance of a smart, bookish individual.
With her expertise in Umbra technology she can buff the armor, and missile speed of weapons in the fleet. She also grants additional alien resistance and Missile AoE radius, as well as additional damage to blight weapons.

- Victoria was introduced as a character with the Fleet Commanders Feature in December 2018.
