Leon Planck is an interstellar drifter who constantly wanders the galaxy in search of cybernetic enhancements in order to augment himself so he can live indefinitely and further his explorations. He has innate knowledge of Marauder Technology.

He is revealed to be a middle aged man wearing sunglasses and a cowboy outfit. His outfit includes a suit which has multiple wires, hinting of his cybernetic augmentations.
Being a specialist in Marauder technology, he grants the fleet he is assigned to additional health damage and stasis resist, as well as resistance to Void Weapons and additional Void weapon damage. If a full fleet of Marauders is used, they will gain additional ship speed.
