It remains a mystery why Sybil defied her programming and betrayed us, but the damage is done. Former allies have turned on one another and the hope of overthrowing VEGA now seems more distant than ever.

The last of the traitors who joined her mutiny have taken to the fringes of space in A.X.I.S. Cutters, intent on switching to guerilla warfare.

It's time to hunt them down while there is still a Miner's Rebellion to rebuild!

Defiance is the 41st major event to occur in VEGA Conflict. It is a continuation of the storyline from Reckoning, as Rhea Dage continues to plead her case to the rebellion, and the discovery that Sybil was the actual culprit of the mutiny, who framed Rhea.
