It grants the flagship functionality to warp anywhere on the same sector map, carrying along a maximum of 6-10 escorts regardless of level.
Strategy and Setup[edit | edit source]
Advantages[edit | edit source]
The Wormhole Drive Type-E can carry more escorts, allowing your flagship to transport more cargo fleets or war fleets at once. It has a shorter warmup and cooldown time, making each jump much more convenient and giving opponents less time to react.
Wormhole Drives are immense tools for PvE farming, enabling players to reach NPC Targets across the sector in a snap. In PvP, they also serve as a carrier of fleets which can quickly get into battle, to retreat or jump past blockades.
Disadvantages[edit | edit source]
The Wormhole Drive Type-E has a long build time, taking up a maximum of 5 days of your build queue.
Wormhole Drives have an extremely long repair time, making it devastating to lose a Javelin Flagship.
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- The Wormhole Drive Type-E is considered the successor of the Wormhole Drive Type-O.
- Type-E could mean "Type-Enhanced", denoting its improvement over the Type-O version.
