General[edit | edit source]

Void Phasing Magnets are PvP-oriented Phased Magnets that are extremely lightweight. They are limited to Marauder Hulls and only affect Driver weapons.

Strategy and Setup[edit | edit source]

Advantages[edit | edit source]

Void Phasing Magnets vastly increase the speed of your weapons and are on par with Iridium Magnets in that respect. They also grant a tiny shield bypass bonus that stacks with the innate shield bypass of your Void Drivers.

Disadvantages[edit | edit source]

Void Phasing Magnets give a penalty to cool down, causing your weapons to take longer to reload - a reduction in effective DPS. That being said, the greater accuracy is usually worth the decreased damage output: better to hit the enemy for less damage than to not hit them at all.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • Void Phasing Magnets was originally available on the Vanquisher Carrier, which is not intended. The second January 2019 update corrected the issue; players who had it equipped were compensated according to this thread.
