The Void Kaon Driver is a variant of the Kaon Driver used by the Marauders, with much greater damage output and dealing Void Damage instead.

Strategy and Setup[ | ]

Advantages[ | ]

The Void Kaon Driver, similar to the regular version, can pierce, enabling it to multiply its damage output when enemies are aligned along its path.

It has the same DPS as Tier 8 weapons such as the Nova Driver and is even more mass- and XP- efficient than they are, enabling ships equipped with this weapon to compete with Tier 8 in terms of damage output.

Disadvantages[ | ]

It has a large minimum range and slow speed, so that enemies can dodge it, or worse, prevent it from firing at all by getting up and close to the carrier, much like the basic Kaon Driver.

Trivia[ | ]

  • Along with the Void Hammer Missile, it is one of two Marauder weapons designed to enable Tier 7 fleets to begin to compete against beginner Tier 8 fleets.
