The Void Binary Torpedo is the Marauder counterpart to the Binary Torpedo that has increased DPS and deals Void damage instead.

Strategy and Setup[edit | edit source]

Advantages[edit | edit source]

Like its Pharmakon version, the Void Binary Torpedo can barrage enemy ships from afar and cause multiple explosions by piercing targets and cause multiple explosions, making it a devastating weapon against grouped enemies.

Disadvantages[edit | edit source]

The Void Binary Torpedo suffers from the same issue as the Binary Torpedo, in that enemies can remain stationary, or worse yet, fly directly at the attacker and not get hit due to the fixed spread of the weapon, allowing the ship to pass between the two projectiles.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • The Void Binary Torpedo originally used the old XP curve for T7 weapons. This has been fixed in the late March 2020 downtime.
