The SICO Missile is a powerful Explosive weapon that sets the standard for medium-level combat.

It fires a constant flurry of missiles in a medium spread, which detonate with a medium-sized explosion.

Strategy and Setup[edit | edit source]

Advantages[edit | edit source]

SICO Missiles are highly versatile with medium range and potent firepower. They have a relatively large explosion that allows them to reliably hit multiple ships even without the use of AM Warheads or the like, and a large enough spread that guarantees a hit even against evasive opponents.

SICO Missiles are also excellent as an anti-squadron weapon due to their constant firing pattern.

Disadvantages[edit | edit source]

SICO Missiles are inaccurate against targets at maximum range due to their relatively slow projectile speed.

SICO Missiles lack the range to compete against longer-range weapons such as Vector Torpedoes and ECHO Rays, unless you equip this weapon on fast ships like cutters. Their minimum range can cause problems in close combat; spread your ships out to avoid this.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • The SICO Missile actually fires bursts of four missiles before taking a brief moment to reload, rather than a constant stream of missiles.
