General[edit | edit source]

The Reverb Ray is a potent Energy weapon with a chain ability that amplifies damage with each bounce. It is limited to cruisers.

It fires a thick yellow bolt that ricochetes onto nearby targets in the same manner as the ECHO Ray.

Strategy and Setup[edit | edit source]

Advantages[edit | edit source]

Reverb Rays allow these cruisers to fend off powerful fleets of battleships

Reverb Rays have great damage potential, dealing over thrice the normal DPS at maximum. They are also incredibly lightweight, allowing the use of more advanced specials, shields, and armor on your cruisers. Make sure to equip Focused Optics or Ionized Optics to open fire sooner.

Disadvantages[edit | edit source]

Reverb Rays have relatively short range, making it easy for battleships to kite you. Equipping Focused Optics or similar specials greatly enhances your ability to fire back at them.

Reverb Rays are very ineffective against a single target due to the low DPS. They are also unable to focus fire properly as the target that gets the most damage is also the target that receives the last bounce, and you cannot directly control it.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • Each bounce increases the damage output by 10%/20%/30% according to level.
  • In the event trailer, no information was ever shown about this weapon.
  • Originally, weapons could not chain across squadrons, making this weapon extremely weak to them.
