General[edit | edit source]
|Ship Factory XIII,|
Ship Lab XII
The Lunatic Cruiser is a redesigned version of the Umbra Wraith Cruiser, trading its Blight resist for Void Resistance, as well as Resurgence.
Note that Tier 7 ships (except dreadnoughts) have a fixed repair time which is not affected by equipment.
Strategy and Setup[edit | edit source]
Advantages[edit | edit source]
The Lunatic Cruiser retains the advantages of the Wraith Cruiser. Its Counter Chain renders Chaining weapons such as the Epsilon ECHO Cannon ineffective against it, while its ablation ability allows it to restore its defenses by dealing damage in combat.
It also has the Wraith's Culling, allowing it to jam enemy weapons whenever it manages to deplete their defenses.
Lastly, it possesses the characteristic Void Damage Resistance of Marauder Hulls, in addition to Void Nebula Resistance. Its Resurgence also allows it to restore the majority of damage taken whenever it wins a PvP battle.
Disadvantages[edit | edit source]
Lunatics are also vulnerable to Battleships, which possess a damage modifier against cruisers allowing them to destroy them faster.
