The Altairian Spawner is an Altairian Module found in Altairian Fortresses. They have the ability to spawn Altairian Corvettes.
Strategy[ | ]
If not destroyed quickly, Altairian Spawners can slowly whittle down your fleet, and thus they are a high priority target. Destroy the Spawners quickly to prevent them from summoning additional reinforcements.
Trivia[ | ]
- The Altairian Spawners were inactive in a previous iteration of the Fortresses as they did not seem to spawn anything. They were later changed to spawn Altairian Corvettes during the event.
- During the start of Doomsday, a bug caused one of the Altairian Spawners to trigger prematurely and thus spawn Corvettes even before player fleets got into aggro range. KIXEYE hotfixed it immediately after the issue was made known
