The Breach Cannon is basically a better Tick Cannon with massive damage output and the ability to home towards its targets.
Strategy and Setup[edit | edit source]
Advantages[edit | edit source]
Its homing ability and high base damage allows it to consistently outperform the Rife Missile in terms of DPS, especially against single targets.
It has a short firing cycle, allowing it to quickly switch between targets when needed, as well as recover from the Weapon Disrupted debuff.
Disadvantages[edit | edit source]
With such a short range, any ship that relies on this weapon is vulnerable to kiting tactics.
