General[edit | edit source]
The Bluetail Drone is a long-range Kinetic squadron with relatively low health. It can only be equipped on Xeno Division Hulls or better.
Strategy and Setup[edit | edit source]
Advantages[edit | edit source]
Bluetail Drones outrange both Redhawk Drones and Yellowjacket Drones, guaranteeing Paladin Carriers equipped with this squadron a win against those with the aforementioned drones in a one-on-one fight. In addition, they are among the first squadrons to launch, slowly whittling down the enemy's health before they even get to launch their own.
They are also the fastest drone and hence least likely to be intercepted by enemy weapons.
Disadvantages[edit | edit source]
Bluetail Drones have very low health compared to other drones and can be easily taken down by even Demon Corps Ship Weapons such as Nova Rays, rarely doing much damage. Instead, they should be used to bait enemy fire, allowing other drones to slip through.
