Increase ship armor and resource capacity with the Armored Hold.

The Armored Hold is a hybrid of ship armor and Basic Cargo, enabling your ships to be more tanky while simultaneously being able to carry more resources.

Strategy and Setup[edit | edit source]

Advantages[edit | edit source]

This special is more mass-efficient than individually equipping armor and Basic Cargo on your ships, not to mention that this only takes up one slot.

They are most commonly used in base attack fleets, filling up all remaining special slots in an effort to maximize ship durability and resources stolen at the same time.

Disadvantages[edit | edit source]

Armored Hold is less desirable for pure cargo fleets as it has less cargo capacity compared to the Basic Cargo, and costs additional time to repair your ships.

  • This is the first special slot event prize in VEGA Conflict.
  • The Armored Hold is the first ship special to provide additional health.
