General[edit | edit source]

Ablative Leech Armor is a Marauder version of the Ablative Tungsten Armor, designed for T7B Marauder Hulls.

Strategy and Setup[edit | edit source]

Advantages[edit | edit source]

Ablative Leech Armor has the same functionality as Ablative Tungsten Armor, doing damage to an enemy hull results in recovery of ablative health. More damage dealt, the more health regained.

As Ablation is based on the amount of health damage dealt, destroying the target's defenses and dealing direct damage to the hull results in large amounts of ablative recovery, resulting in a near-automatic win.

With Void weapons, the amount of health regained per stack is increased as well.

Disadvantages[edit | edit source]

Ablative Leech Armor can only fit on an Ablation slot, and does not fit on any other slots on ships in the ship factory. Ablative Leech Armor is also restricted to the Marauders.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • This is the first Ablative Armor available to Marauder Hulls.
  • Its repair time was nullified as a result of the late September 2020 update, which updated the repair time of all Tier 7 ships to be invariant to equipment.
